Objective: To compare arthroscopic knee anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction Rigid fix with Endo - Button fixed ligament femoral side differences in efficacy . Methods: A retrospective hospital from 2006 to 2008 , 117 cases of treatment of patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury , 92 cases were male and 25 females , aged 16-57 years (mean 27.7 years) ; course of 3 days -12 years , an average of 18.7 months . All patients had a clear history of trauma, including traffic accident in 24 cases, knee sprain 62 cases , knee falls 31 cases . 96 patients with varying degrees of knee instability symptoms ; preoperative examination, anterior drawer test was positive in 114 cases , Lachman test was positive in 76 cases , pivot shift test was positive in 49 cases . Downstream arthroscopically assisted ACL reconstruction , postoperative conventional rehabilitation exercise, by contrast the 2 groups of patients with preoperative and postoperative Lysholm knee score , compare the two fixation the fixed anterior cruciate ligament efficacy whether the difference was statistically significant . Results: All patients were followed up for one year. After two groups of patients with unstable symptoms disappeared examination anterior drawer test, Lachman test, pivot shift test were negative . Lysholm scores of the two groups of patients with knee joint , Rigid fix group of 69 the preoperative score 17-71 points ( average 42.48 ± 15.10 ) , one year after the score 84 - 100 ( average 97.50 ± 3.69 ) ; Endo -button group of 48 people , preoperative score 17 - 78 points ( average 43.06 ± 15.05 ) , one year after the score 88 - 100 ( average 97.37 ± 3.10 ) . Endo - button group of patients before and after surgery score difference was statistically significant ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , Rigid fix with Endo - button using t-test analysis , Rigid fix group of patients before and after surgery score difference was statistically significant ( P lt ; 0.05 ) ; group of patients 1 year after the score difference was not statistically significant ( P gt ; 0.05 ) . Conclusion : Arthroscopic anterior cross ligament femoral ligament reconstruction fixed Rigid fix with Endo - button can to the reconstruction of knee stability, improve symptoms , and no clinical efficacy between significant difference.
