Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to explore the use of male sterile line, improve cruciferous interspecific hybridization affinity to cultivate new varieties of vegetables. Interspecific hybridization affinity conducted tests to investigate the interspecific hybridization affinity, cytoplasmic effects and hybrid combinations of growth potential. Conducted a flower stalk yield, Brassica campestris Determination of major nutrients. The main results are as follows: 1) interspecific hybridization affinity: a, the use of male sterile line and its maintainer line 681A with three categories of Brassica species (Red Cabbage, Brassica campestris, Chinese cabbage) hybridization, 681A with three breeds affinity indices are higher than its maintainer. Description weak interspecific hybridization affinity with cytoplasmic genetic effects. b, three male sterile lines (681A, Sichuan A, Gordon dwarf A), respectively, with the three breeds, three in descending order of affinity strength followed 681A, Hunan dwarf A, Sichuan A. And in the three species, red flower stalk strongest affinity with CMS; cabbage-type second; Brassica campestris weakest. c, 681A and three breeds, compared with its parent Physiognomy, interspecific hybrids germination rates are lower than their parents, and germinate rapidly than paternal neat. 2) 681A with three breeds, F 1 generations to produce a powerful nutritional advantages. Their total number of leaves, leaf number, leaf length, leaf width, root collar thick branches have Hpb rate, especially the total number of leaves, green leaves two traits, F 1 The average difference between the parent reached a significant level (4.84 ** , 4.41 ** ). 3) 681A with three types of hybrid varieties, seed sprouts vegetables intermingled six ingredients: moisture, crude fiber, crude protein, crude fat, vitamin C, carbohydrates has changed compared to the parent, the moisture content of interspecific hybrids than paternal decline, while the other five indicators have improved over the parent. Among them, crude protein and vitamin C are two indicators to evaluate the quality of vegetables two very important indicators, which marks the interspecific hybrids to improve the quality has improved compared to the parent. 4) 681A with three varieties of hybrids, interspecific hybrids flower stalk yield increase as compared with the parent, which, 681A hybrid varieties with red flower stalk, flower stalk yield increase compared to the parent of the 53.83%; 681A and Brassica campestris hybrid varieties, flower stalk yield increase compared to the parent of the 70.82%; 681A and hybrid varieties of cabbage, Brassica campestris yield increase of 67.5% compared to the parent. Comprehensive analysis: the use of male sterile line, and cruciferous vegetables, various types of hybrid varieties can improve interspecific hybridization affinity, enhanced nutritional advantages, improve the nutritional content of Brassica campestris, Brassica campestris varieties for growing vegetables in the foreground.
