Abstract


[Objectives]To lead into 3S advanced technical into plague surveillance in time and trend tomaster related information of plague surveillance and to find and dealwith epidemic diseases and improve contents of plague surveillance in science and technology.[Methods]Map scanning digitizing and inputting draft layers by GIS software. Collect coordinates of Jianchuan plague epidemic by GPS. Buy TM satellite images. Establish Jianchuan County plague geodatabase. The normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI)、soil humidity、land use type, extracted from TM satellite image by Envi4.6.1 software, are builded grid database In GIS9.2 software. Application of GIS descriptive analysis Jianchuan vole spatial distribution of foci. Spatial Analysis of TM satellite images of plague occurred extraction of land use type, soil moisture, NDVI, find the relationship between rodent density.[Results]1. Geodatabase of Jianchuan vole plague had been Established.2. NDVI, Soil moisture and land use type is correlation with the vole density which can be applied to plague monitoring.[Conclusion]It brings new methods and techniques to epidemiology when "3S" technology appear, and can not only correct description of disease, intermediate host geographical space and time distribution types, analysis the relationships between natural factors and human factors with them, but also can monitoring and predicting development and distribution trend, with convenient, quick and real-time service for plague control and Decision making.
