This paper introduces a new kind of multi-channel digital pressure signal automatic cruise measure techniques the hardware and software design.In succession of KJDT series Sealing Quality circular Measure system for Single Hydraulic Prop,We adopted a multi-channel cycle detection mode for Single Hydraulic Prop,Both save hardware resources and development costs and increased a lot of Function.practicality and stability have been vastly improved.This device is mainly comprised of sensors, analog switches, communication interface and single-chip microcomputer, printer, memory and other peripheral components.This article expounds the principle of this device ideas, design and realization method.This device design based on singlechip constitute a set of intelligent monomer pillar seal quality cycle detection system,it can accurate, timely, flexible cycle detection test 15 monomer pillar sealing quality.It has real-time print data results, with data acquisition, channel selection, data calculation, data storage, real-time printing, etc.To overcome the shortcomings of the original various detector.Signal circulation acquisition detection, real-time display, parameters revise view, real-timeprint,enhance the modernization of Sealing Quality measure for Single Hydraulic Props.Automation and rapid detection speed, the user can fast detection, quick check monomer pillar sealing properties, greatly improve the quality of the sealed underground pillar.Device for the diversification of monomer pillar detection, improved paves the way mine production efficiency, it has good effect.This paper introduces the hardware design principles, system of choice, parameter Settings, chip software flow chart and the idea, the program, debugging process.
