Objective: To observe the heart and brain Tongluo liquid focal cerebral ischemia in rat plasma HCY, FIB content and explore its mechanism to provide experimental basis for clinical drug for the treatment of cerebral infarction . Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into five groups , the model group , the heart and brain Tongluo liquid high-dose group ( referred to as the high-dose group ) , heart and brain the Tongluo liquid low dose group ( referred to as the low-dose group ) , step brain heart through the control group , (referred Naoxintong group) , sham group . Intraluminal middle cerebral artery model of focal cerebral ischemia , 6h, 12h, 24h detection of HCY, FIB content changes in batches after the success of the model . Results 1 cardiovascular tongluo liquid focal cerebral ischemia in rats acute phase plasma HCY content , compared with the sham group , the surgical group focal cerebral ischemia 6h model plasma HCY levels began to increase , 24h peaked ( P lt; 0.01 ) ; compared with the model group at the same time point , the HCY content of each treatment group were decreased , heart and brain Tongluo liquid high-dose group 24h decreased most significantly ( P lt ; 0.05 or P lt ; 0.01). Compared with the control group at the same time point , the heart the brain the Tongluo liquid high-dose group 24hHCY content significantly decreased ( P lt; 0.01 ) . 2 , cardiovascular tongluo liquid focal cerebral ischemic rat acute phase plasma FIB content , compared with the sham group , the surgery group focal cerebral ischemia and 6 h , the model plasma FIB content began to increase , peaked at 24 h ( P lt; 0.01 ) ; compared with the model group at the same time point , the plasma FIB in all treatment groups were decreased (P lt ; 0.05 or P lt ; 0.01 ) . Compared with the control group at the same time point the heart brain the Tongluo fluid high dose group 24hFIB content significantly decreased ( P lt; 0.01 ) . Conclusion 1 , cardiovascular Tongluo solution can significantly reduce focal cerebral ischemia in rat brain tissue HCY content , antioxidant , reduced vascular endothelial injury , anti-clotting mechanism to reduce the added value of vascular smooth muscle , and effectively protect neurons . 2 , cardiovascular tongluo solution can significantly reduce focal cerebral ischemia in rat brain tissue FIB content , lower blood viscosity , anti-inflammatory injury , reduce neuronal apoptosis , and its neuroprotective effects on cerebral ischemia and effective reduce ischemic injury caused by focal cerebral infarction .
