Objective: To study the heart and brain Tongluo liquid focal cerebral ischemia in rat plasma uric acid , C-reactive protein levels change, looking for guidance cerebral infarction in clinical medicine to provide experimental evidence . Methods : SD rats were randomly divided into the model group step Naoxintong control group (control group) , heart and brain Tongluo liquid high- dose group ( referred to as the high-dose group ) , cardio-cerebral the Tongluo fluid low-dose group ( referred to as low dose group ) and sham group 5 group , intraluminal middle cerebral artery model of focal cerebral ischemia , after the success of the model 12h , 24h, 48h batches detect uric acid the CRP content changes . Results: 1 focal cerebral ischemia. Rat plasma uric acid content : Compared with model group , focal cerebral ischemia 12h , the high-dose group, plasma uric acid began to decline , 48h fell to the lowest ( P lt ; 0.01 ) ; while point model group , the uric acid content of each treatment group were decreased , the high-dose group dropped most significantly ( P lt; 0.01 ) . 2 , focal cerebral ischemia in rat plasma CRP content : Compared with model group , focal cerebral ischemia 12h , reduce plasma CRP beginning of the high-dose group , decreased to 4.8 hours to the lowest ( P lt ; 0.01) ; and at the same time point model group , each treatment group, plasma CRP decreased to varying degrees , most significantly reduce the high-dose group (P lt; 0.01) Conclusion: 1 , cardiovascular tongluo solution can significantly reduce focal cerebral ischemia in rats plasma uric acid content of chemical injury , the effective protection of neurons. 2 , cardiovascular tongluo solution can reduce plasma CRP levels by stimulating the body to achieve its neuroprotective effects on cerebral ischemia , effectively reduce focal cerebral infarction due to ischemic injury .
