Abstract


Objective : To observe the anticoagulant Huxin Ⅱ on myocardial reperfusion injury explore anticoagulant the Huxin II No. troponin T (cTn-T) content and impact of ECG in the incidence of ventricular arrhythmias after myocardial ischemia protection mechanisms of reperfusion injury . Method: This experiment will be selected Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham group , model group , anticoagulation the Huxin II No. low-dose group , high dose group the anticoagulant Huxin II No. Tongxinluo capsule group of five groups . Sham group and model group were given saline , the latter three groups were given anticoagulation the Huxin II No. low dose , high dose of the anticoagulant the Huxin II No. Tongxinluo two weeks after the drug model in the left anterior descending artery ligation reperfusion tracings before and after reperfusion in rats II lead ECG changes , mining portal blood specimens from samples . Statistics rat ventricular arrhythmias number of cases , the use of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay of serum troponin T concentrations . Results : anticoagulant the Huxin II No. high and low dose groups , respectively, compared with the model group , serum troponin T content is lower than the model group , statistical significance ( p lt ; 0.05 , p lt ; 0.05) . Anticoagulant the Huxin II No. low-dose group and anticoagulant the Huxin II , high dose group , serum troponin T levels was significantly different ( p lt; 0.05 ) . Anticoagulant the Huxin II No. high , the low-dose group and Tongxinluo group the incidence of ventricular arrhythmias was significantly lower than the model group , and no difference between the three groups . Conclusion: anticoagulant the Huxin II number can reduce myocardial reperfusion injury troponin T content , reducing the incidence of ventricular arrhythmias , anticoagulant the Huxin II No. of rats with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury cardioprotective effect .
