Abstract


The high - tech enterprises are the backbone of the knowledge economy , the engine of economic growth in the 21st century and the focus of the competition in the market today . The high-tech enterprises has three high characteristics of \The enterprise value is a cash flow function, which depends on three important variables , the amount, timing and uncertainty of future cash flows of the existing assets to create . Therefore, this article proposed specific operational cash flow management is a the abstract enterprise value maximization effective way to target \Papers on the basis of analysis of China 's high-tech listed company's cash flow management status DuPont financial analysis system , the introduction of cash flow , cash flow projections , and performance evaluation is based on the cash flow and cash flow management method ; discussed the activities of the three basic business ( operating, investing and financing) of the high - tech enterprises , how to effectively meet the value of creating a cash flow oriented management decisions ; Finally, the growth characteristics of the high-tech enterprises , is discussed from the point of view of the cash flow management feasible way to promote the continuous development of high-tech enterprises . The findings in this paper is of great significance for strengthening financial management and promote the development of high - tech enterprises .
