The essence of the enterprise competition to become the human resources development and management talent competition. Highly qualified staff to not come out of thin air, corporate investment in human capital has therefore become a key to competitiveness. Corporate investment in human capital has an extremely important role in enhancing the human capital stock and corporate competitiveness. The papers from the meaning of human capital, the formation of this paper introduces the theory of human capital investment. Actual enterprise survey, research and analysis, human capital investment in the status quo of China's state-owned enterprises and the existence of the cause of the problem.
