Abstract

The Chrysanthemum meters for the Chrysanthemum bud bud not put made by fixing drying, clearing and detoxifying, Qing Fire eyesight and other effects. The main active ingredient of the Chrysanthemum volatile oils and flavonoids. Volatile Oil from Chrysanthemum certain reports, but has not been reported Chrysanthemum meters volatile oil. Types and levels of the chemical composition of plants at different growth stages will be different, so there will be a big difference indicum meters with the chemical composition of wild chrysanthemum. For further study of its medicinal value, we collected different origin of Chrysanthemum meters, to extract the volatile oil by gas chromatography / mass spectrometry (GC / MS) analysis. And headspace solid phase micro-extraction - gas chromatography / mass spectrometry (HS-SPME-GC/MS) in conjunction with the technology, flash - gas chromatography (FD-GC) technology to analyze the volatile components of the Chrysanthemum meters. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter, the literature review section. Through the literature review, analysis of the volatile oil and Chrysanthemum meters, made a systematic overview of the research of wild chrysanthemum Summary. Sample extraction techniques such as water-steam distillation (SD), supercritical fluid extraction (SFE), solid phase micro extraction (SPME), and analysis of detection techniques such as gas chromatography, mass spectrometry analysis of volatile oil are summarized. The second chapter, the qualitative and quantitative analysis of volatile oil producing Chrysanthemum meters using the SD method extracted -GC/MS Suichang, Huangshan, Anhui, Yunnan. SD Extraction of Chrysanthemum meters volatile oils by GC / MS studies to determine the best GC separation conditions, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis. Identified of various origin Chrysanthemum meters volatile oil chemical composition 52-65, and 92-96% of the total volatile oil. And Yunnan Chrysanthemum meters and wild chrysanthemum volatile components were compared, the sesquiterpene constituents Chrysanthemum meters volatile oil was significantly higher than wild chrysanthemum volatile oil. It also explores the the supercritical CO 2 fluid extraction of volatile oil Suichang production Chrysanthemum meters, and compared with the SD method. Chapter III, research the application HS-SPME-GC/MS technical analysis of the volatile components from Anhui Huangshan Chrysanthemum meters. Determine the best extraction conditions and to contrast with the the SD law and supercritical CO 2 Fluid Extraction -GC/MS results. The HS-SPME-GC/MS analysis identified 35 kinds of main component in the Chrysanthemum meter sample, and each component of the coefficient of variation of less than 11%, indicating that the technique suitable for volatile and semi-volatile chemical composition of volatile oil and fragrance products. The fourth chapter studies the application of FD-GC analysis Anhui Huangshan production Chrysanthemum meters. To determine the condition of the best flash isolated 132 peak, retention time qualitative identified 24 major components. Suichang and Yunnan production Chrysanthemum meters. Compared with the previous three technologies, FD-GC analysis of the volatile components of the Chrysanthemum meters easier and less sample volume, rapid, efficient, be applied to a large number of the Chrysanthemum meters sample quality evaluation. Chapter of the main research summarized and presented papers less than worthy of in-depth study of the problem.
