Objective: By studying the mulberry leaf extract on experimental arterial thrombosis , venous thrombosis prevention effect and comprehensive mechanism of the body , which is the field of antithrombotic new antithrombin drugs . Methods: H2O2 injury rabbit carotid artery the manufacturing thrombosis model observed antithrombotic effect of mulberry leaf extract . Caused by ligation of the abdominal cavity of the inferior vena cava vein thrombosis model , and to observe the impact of fibrinolytic , clotting and other indicators . Results: mulberry leaf extract can significantly rabbit thrombus weight reduction , enhanced tPA activity , inhibiting the activity of PAI , plasma 6-Keto-PGFla content was significantly higher ( P lt; 0.01 ) , and significantly reduced TXB2 content ( P lt ; 0.05 ) ; mulberry leaf extract can significantly reduce the weight of venous thrombosis in rats , significantly prolong rat plasma APTT , PT and TT time, while the tPA and AT-Ⅲ activity increased . Conclusion: mulberry leaf extract has significant antithrombotic effect , its antithrombotic effect is achieved by the anti- clotting effect and fibrinolysis role .
