Abstract

Pressed steel - concrete composite floor is a combination of the structure , to take full advantage of the resistance of the steel pull and concrete withstand voltage characteristics . This article describes the form of general construction and design of the existing domestic FLOORS , focuses on the problem of longitudinal shear resistance of composite slabs . In this paper a new numerical calculation model of the combination plate . The model is built on the basis of the following basic assumptions : ① combined board superposed surface only the longitudinal slip , no vertical separation ; ② combined board superimposed surface of the bond stress is uniformly distributed in the unit length range ; ③ longitudinal slip occurs only on the combination plate superimposed . By numerical analysis and calculations , steel sheeting - CONCRETE FLOORS superimposed surface bond stress formula . Based on the numerical model and bond stress calculated using ANSYS simulation analysis of a combination plate of three simply supported ends of longitudinal slip , the maximum longitudinal slip and mid-span deflection , and compared with the experimental results . In this paper, the shear stress formula is valid and applicable .
