Objective To establish the animal model of hyperlipidemia observed preventive effect of different doses of composite oolong Hyperlipidemia dyslipidemia female SD rats to explore its mechanisms of regulation of blood lipids , provided the experimental basis for further composite oolong tea as a health food development . Method 1 . Drug screening and expert consulting to develop lipid composite oolong group side ; 2 . Establish the model of hyperlipidemia , high fat diet Establishment of determination of lipids judgment model ; 3 . Observation and evaluation of different doses of composite oolong fat blood lipid regulating effect, and to explore its mechanism . 1.64 days after the high fat diet , hyperlipidemia model rats serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) content compared with the blank control group was significantly higher (p lt; 0.05), while high- density lipoprotein ( HDL) decreased significantly compared with the blank control group (p lt; 0.05), prompted modeling success . . Higher lipid model group , the high dose composite oolong group TC, TG and LDL-C levels significantly lower ( p lt; 0.05 ) , HDL -C was significantly higher ( p lt; 0.05 ) . Oolong group TG higher lipid model group decreased significantly ( p lt; 0.05 ) . The the dose combination oolong group oolong tea group compared to the former can be more effective in reducing TC and LDL - C ( p lt; 0.05 ) . 3 , in the composite dose oolong group animal liver cholesterol higher lipid model group decreased significantly ( p lt; 0.05 ) ; oolong and dose composite oolong group animal liver triglyceride levels and lipid model was no significant difference between the groups (p gt; 0.05). High- dose combination of oolong tea group . The high dose composite oolong rats hepatic lipase (HL) activity was higher in fat model group was significantly lower lt ; WP = gt ; ( p lt; 0.05 ) ; lipoprotein lipase (LPL ) activity was higher in fat model group decreased significantly ( p lt; 0.05 ) . Conclusion by to add cholesterol , lard , bile salts , to feed , hyperlipemia model can be successfully established . 2 composite oolong tea with lower serum TC and TG , elevated serum levels of HDL-C . The same dose of the compound oolong comparable Oolong tea is more effective to reduce serum total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol . Composite oolong regulating lipid metabolism may be associated with an increase in the rat feces excretion , increased excretion of fecal fat content , reducing the activity of lipoprotein lipase and hepatic lipase .
