Abstract


Objective: through clinical research , the main observation Governor the moxibustion supplemented umbilical moxibustion ( referred to as the Governor umbilical moxibustion ) the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis ( Ankylosing Spondylitis AS ) stomach weak evidence of efficacy , to perfect Christ moxibustion treatment of AS to provide a reliable adjuvant therapy and by observing the change of the index of CD80 prove its mechanism. Methods: The study screened 30 cases of stomach weakness in patients with ankylosing spondylitis , the patient 's symptoms , signs and laboratory parameters were observed before and after their treatment, whether there were significant differences . Results: Governor umbilical moxibustion after a course of treatment , 30 patients in terms of symptoms, signs and laboratory parameters were statistically self - contrast there were significant differences ( P lt ; 0.05 ) or very significant difference ( P lt ; 0.01 ). Conclusion: with Governor of moxibustion and umbilical moxibustion can effectively improve the AS spleen and stomach symptoms , to reveal Christ umbilical moxibustion to improve the mechanism of the spleen and stomach cards through changes in laboratory parameters . , At the same time , preliminary studies suggest that CD80 in AS stomach plays an important role in the pathogenesis of weak evidence , worthy of further study .
