Forced by the pressure of environmental pollution and a shortage of oil resources committed to the sustainable development strategy , hybrid cars become a 21st century auto industry development direction . Domestic and foreign experts basically reached a consensus : the use of hybrid electric vehicles is not just a transitional stage of electric vehicles , but the auto industry is about to face a new revolution . In order to develop ISG hybrid cars , the funding of the national \Performance test JL474Q1 engine , and the engine torque model and engine fuel consumption model constructed on the basis of the experimental data . Designed electronic throttle controller , the development of the controller hardware circuit , and electronic throttle test , to verify that the electronic control unit to the throttle control performance . 2. Analysis the antelope cars and structural parameters of the CVT transmission , CVT transmission selection . Torque converter performance test , to establish the mathematical model of a torque converter . 3. On the basis of the battery test , analysis and study of the Ni-MH battery charge and discharge characteristics and its influencing factors , the model established with Ah - open circuit voltage (Ah-OCU Law ) algorithm predict the residual energy of the battery and the state of charge . 4. ISG motor experiment, choose the main parameters of the motor , analysis of the efficiency curve and the characteristic curves of the ISG motor and the the ISG motor simulation mathematical model is established based on the experimental data , the the ISG motor speed and current dual closed-loop control simulation . 5. By using ADVISOR software , vehicle models (including the engine , ISG motor , CVT stepless automatic transmission , battery , etc.) , and a variety of vehicles driving cycle simulation .
