1 Purpose 1.1 observe flavored clear air phlegm soup treatment of AECOPD clinical efficacy, the improvement in lung function before and after treatment. 1.2 observe the clear air flavored phlegm soup peripheral blood white blood cell count (WBC), neutrophil (N), the percentage of neutrophils (N%) to improve the situation and to normal comparison. 1.3 Observation flavored clear air changes in the level of interleukin-8 (IL-8), phlegm soup before and after treatment. 1.4 combined with serum WBC before and after treatment, N, N%, IL-8 level changes, to explore plus 0 smell gas phlegm soup treatment of the AECOPD TCM lung inflation phlegm obstructing lung type possible mechanism of action. 2 into 60 cases of patients with AECOPD randomized, parallel control principle, divided into a control group of 30 patients, the treatment group of 30 patients, the course of 14 days. Treatments: control group received conventional antibiotics, bronchodilators, oxygen, necessary expectorant and oral glucocorticoid therapy (tangible Schedule). Treatment group given antibiotics, bronchodilators, oxygen, and, when necessary, oral corticosteroids, oral flavored clear air phlegm soup (Scutellaria 15g, citrus aurantium 10g, Poria 15g, France Pinellia 15g, tangerine peel 15g, full melon wilt 30g, bile Southern Star 15g almonds 15g, bellflower 15g, 30g Houttuynia, loquat 15g) treatment by the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Affiliated Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine preparation Unified decoction, oral, 100ml, TID. Both groups, health education, smoking cessation, observed before and after treatment in patients with clinical efficacy and serum WBC, N, N%, IL-8 content. 3 Results 3.1 flavored clear air phlegm soup can be effective in improving symptoms of AECOPD (compared with the control group, P lt; 0.05) 3.2 flavored clear air phlegm soup can effectively improve the AECOPD TCM syndrome score (compared with the control group, P lt; 0.05). 3.3 treatment of lung function have good improvement, but between the two groups was not statistically significant (P GT; 0.05) 3.4 two groups can reduce the peripheral blood WBC, N and N% level, but in a reduced treatment, the treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05) 3.5 two groups can lower serum IL -8 level (P lt; 0.05), and clear air flavored phlegm decoction group effective than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). 4 Conclusion 4.1 flavored gas phlegm soup AECOPD patients effectively improve the clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome. 4.2 flavored clear air phlegm soup alleviate the AECOPD patients with airway inflammation and reduce mucus secretion, improve airway ventilation may be related to the decrease in serum WBC, N, N, IL-8 levels related to the role.
