Objective: shensong Yang Xin Capsule PVB intervention , to evaluate the clinical efficacy and analysis of premature ventricular contractions TCM syndromes difference in efficacy , to further explore its clinical drug laws . METHODS: From May 2008 to January 2010 at the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine , Cardiology, Affiliated Hospital outpatient and inpatient treatment of patients meet the the PVB diagnostic criteria 120 patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups . The test group was treated with Shensong Yang Xin capsule , 3 capsules each time , 3 times a day , the control group oral propafenone tablets , each 150mg , 3 times a day . 4 weeks. Results: The two groups of patients compared the efficacy , the test group total effective rate was 65 % in the control group total effective rate of 66.67% , which showed no significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05 ) , the efficacy of the test group and the control group efficacy . 2 groups of patients before and after treatment , 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram number of premature efficacy comparison: premature beat frequency in the two groups after treatment were significantly reduced ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , but the two groups showed no significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05 ) 3 groups of patients the efficacy of TCM Hou significant difference ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , syndromes of the experimental group than the control group . 4 test group 5 of TCM syndromes Holter and efficacy of Chinese medicine symptom , Qi and Yin deficiency , blood stasis effect no difference between these two types of heart and spleen , guilty timidity and phlegm stasis comparison of a significant difference ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , indicating that the capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease Shensongyangxin premature ventricular contractions TCM is Qi Deficiency and Blood Stagnation Syndrome is relatively good efficacy in improving the PVB symptoms , signs is superior to the other three cards type . 5 groups of patients during treatment , no significant adverse events , and safety analysis showed no abnormalities .
