Objective: To observe the treatment of premature Shuganjianpi stagnation clinical efficacy of liver spleen deficiency and to explore its mechanism. Methods: Random selection premature stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome , 60 patients were divided into treatment group ( 30 cases ) and control group ( 30 cases ) , the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine comfortable soup 100ml Bid, metoprolol 12.5mg Bid application control group therapy, treatment for 4 weeks, 4 weeks after treatment. Results: Holter efficacy in the treatment group and the control group after treatment were significantly reduced the number of beats within the group between the two groups were significantly different (P lt; 0.05); treatment group was superior atrial premature ventricular premature (P lt; 0.05 ) , and better than the control group (P lt; 0.05); treatment group, the total effective rate was 90.00% in the control group, the total effective rate was 70.00% , between the two groups , there were significant differences between the two groups (P lt; 0.05); in TCM , the treatment group was 93.33% in the control group was 63.33% , between the two groups , there were significant differences (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: Treatment of premature comfortable liver spleen soup is a safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine , can significantly reduce the number of premature , relieve symptoms .
