Abstract


Objective To explore the swept the the ringworm Spirit treatment of psoriasis vulgaris ( wind-heat type) clinical efficacy and mechanism . The clinical observation of 72 cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris , the treatment group , 40 patients in the control group of 32 patients . The treatment group received the Spirit of sweep ringworm the control group compound Qingdai capsules . Both groups Vaseline Waicha . Before and after treatment Serum levels of tumor necrosis factor - alpha levels were detected by radioimmunoassay . 1 treatment group total effective rate was 92.50% , total effective rate was 71.88% in the control group . 2 after treatment than before treatment of each symptom scores were decreased , there is a significant difference ( P lt ; 0.05 ) 3 in the treatment group than the control group in the area on the Elimination of skin lesions , skin lesions extent there is a significant difference ( P lt ; O.05 ) . Compare treatment treatment group and a control group of psoriasis patients with serum TNF - alpha concentration , the two groups had significant difference ( P lt ; 0.05 ) . Conclusion The method regulate immune function , reduce inflammation , reduce the degree of skin lesions , which reveals that the drug treatment of psoriasis part of the mechanism of action , and to provide a scientific basis for the clinical application of the drug .
