Purpose: To verify Zijin QianLieKang capsules clinical efficacy and mechanism of action . Meanwhile , the subject by detecting prostatic fluid IL-8 levels and conduct prostatitis symptom score , before the chronic pancreatitis patients and normal prostatic fluid levels of IL-8 comparison, analysis of prostatic fluid levels of IL-8 and chronic prostatitis symptom score whether the relationship between Zijin QianLieKang capsules can improve the EPS IL-8 levels . Methods: Zijin QianLieKang Capsule treatment of chronic prostatitis damp stasis card 30 cases , and with Qianlietai piece 30 cases being treated as a control , 28 days for a course of treatment, the clinical records of patients before and after treatment syndromes, palpation of the prostate texture, normal prostate , IL-8 counts, and compared before and after treatment . Treatment group, 30 cases of chronic prostatitis patients compared with the normal population 30 cases , while patients with scores, using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay analysis of 60 cases of prostatic fluid specimens, the obtained data were statistically analyzed using SPSS11.5 software . Results: The treatment group and control group significant efficiency were 53.3 % and 18.9% , total effective rate was 86.7% and 58.9% . Zijin Qianliekang capsules can significantly reduce the EPS-WBC count and increased lecithin count. Treatment group and the normal group IL-8 levels were 0.1174 ± 0.1258,0.0813 ± 0.0927, comparison between groups P = 0.017 (P lt; 0.05) were significantly different . The prostatic fluid levels of IL-8 to do with prostatitis symptom index score correlation analysis , IL-8 content and prostatitis symptom index score was correlated (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: Zijin QianLieKang Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis heat stasis permit a significant effect.
