Abstract


Objective: To investigate the yellow and white liquid prevention and treatment of recurrent genital herpes ( Recurrent genital Herpes , RGH ) clinical significance and mechanism of action ; explore RGH patients with peripheral blood mononuclear cell surface TLR4 , TLR1 expression levels and yellow and liquid influence . Methods: 90 cases of clinical patients with RGH completely randomly divided into the famciclovir group of 30 patients , yellow liquid group 30 cases of yellow and white liquid plus famciclovir group of 30 cases were observed in clinical symptom scores before and after treatment , clinical efficiency , 3 months , 6 months , 9 months and 12 months , the recurrence rate detected in patients before and after treatment in peripheral blood mononuclear cell surface expression levels of TLR4, TLR1 , and compared with 10 healthy . Results: 1 . III group therapy clinical symptom score were significantly improve the efficiency of the three recent clinical group to no significant difference , 3 months , 6 months , 9 months and recurrence of the situation within 12 months , yellow and white liquid plus famciclovir The group was significantly better than the other two groups . ( 2 ) compared with the healthy control group , RGH patients with peripheral blood the CD14 monocyte surface TLR4 percentage of positive cells was significantly higher ( P lt ; 0.01 ) ; the TLR1 percentage of positive cells was significantly lower ( P lt ; 0.01 ) . 3 yellow and white solution group , famciclovir and yellow and white liquid plus famciclovir group could reduce the level of TLR4 patients , and improve the level of TLR1 . But yellow and white liquid plus famciclovir treatment TLR4 and TLR1 level with the healthy control group showed no significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05 ) Conclusion: yellow and white liquid suitable for RGH treatment can improve the patient's immune function , regulate the peripheral blood mononuclear cell surface expression levels of TLR4, TLR1 , to prevent the recurrence of GH synergy in combination with famciclovir , plays an important role in the innate immune response .
