Objective Urumqi closing teach women at high risk of HIV infection and HIV risk behaviors for HIV in women at high risk of Urumqi in HIV prevention interventions decisions. Among them, sex workers and drug users, HIV prevalence was 1.29% (5/387), 6.67% (5/75). Basic knowledge of AIDS among high-risk survey, 100% response rate, the questionnaire response rate 99.57%, 86.98% average awareness. Among them, sex workers and drug users, the average awareness were 83.00% and 87.76%. 385 cases of sex workers in recent times with business partner and a regular sexual partner during sex, condom use rates were 92.99% and 45.89%; recently a month with business partner and fixed-sex partners , each condom use rates were 84.42% and 24.24%. Junior high school and junior high school education or less of sex workers in the last one month and commercial sexual partners and regular partners during sex, condom use rates were 74.83%, 20.56%. Han sex workers in the last one month and commercial sexual partners and regular partners during sex, condom use rates were 83.49%, 23.83%. Uyghur sex workers in the last one month and commercial sexual partners and regular partners during sex, condom use rates were 85.71%, 25.00%. 75 cases of drug users injecting drug use and drug users population ratio were 25.33%, 74.67%. Last three months, injecting drug users and others never, sometimes, every needle sharing rates were 52.63%, 47.37%, 0. Conclusion Compared with other domestic regional surveys, Urumqi, close to teach women at high risk have a higher prevalence of HIV infection. Also have a higher basic knowledge of AIDS awareness, but do not fully grasp. Women at high risk of commercial sex in a higher proportion of condom use, but with regular partners to use condoms when having sex with a lower proportion of each.
