Abstract


With the rapid developing technology of advanced manufacturing and network, the global manufacture based on Internet /Intranet has become the trend for the future manufacturing system. Being the important component of manufacturing system, network-based C. N. C system is a foundation to realize manufacturing system. DNC (Distributed Numerical Control) technology is one of the key technologies in Network manufacture and C. N. C system and ever increasingly used in industry.Systematically researched the DNC system’ s current structure and function, author established network-based the system platform of DNC and analyzed its key technologies and set up an integrated DNC system in the end.The article, first of all, introduced the definition and characteristics of the network manufacture, as well as the principles and development of DNC system. Then, expound the possibility and necessity in the modern enterprise to practice the network-based DNC system from different angle and ways. Moreover, author methodically researched the realization of DNC system platform integrated the network function. And develop its communication ways, equipment management and the integrated network. The detail as follows:1 Using Top-down system analyzing method - IDEF to give the DNC system the basic function model and its drawing.2 Research the communication structures of network manufacture anddevelop various communication interfaces in accordance with its structure.3 Develop the facility’ s management model by means of foreground software Visual basic 6.0 and background Microsoft SOL Server database application.4 Integrated the Internet explorer into the DNC system platform, which is used by clients to browse the information, submits production order, etc. on the web.5 Online communication model has been integrated, which is convenient for stuffs in different department to exchange information instantaneously6 Integrated simulation of the Cimatron E 4. 0 into the DNC platform, and give the example of how to program the NC code.Friendly interface, easy study and simple operation, good replanted and maintained, better developed make this software a far-ranging prospect and high utility value.
