This paper systematically discusses crude oil the electric desalting dehydration mechanism , desalination structure , process , and control methods . And to study the situation and development trend of electric desalting . Efficient demulsifier , West Kuwait crude oil was prepared on the basis of summing up the results of previous studies , to determine the hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) of synthesis ratio . The depth desalted temperature , rinse water concentration , desalting voltage demulsifier concentration , and mixing intensity of the influence of the effect of electric desalting dehydration . By orthogonal design experiments , research and determine the optimal operating conditions of the electric desalting of crude oil dehydration device and device running stability study .
