Abstract


Further establish and improve the new rural cooperative medical system , is our government for the realization of building a moderately prosperous society, comprehensive and coordinated development of urban and rural economy , and effectively solve the \The new rural cooperative medical care system is to solve the medical treatment of rural residents is difficult, expensive medical problems and reduce their financial burden due to illness and improve the health of farmers . Therefore, positive development and continuous improvement and rural economic development level of the new rural cooperative medical system , for the establishment of a multi -level, multi-pillar social security system , maintain social stability , promote social progress and development is of great significance. Study exploring a new type of rural cooperative medical outpatient service revenue for the new rural cooperative medical degree , the new rural cooperative medical fund utilization , rational and efficient use of medical resources , health services for the construction of rural towns of positive significance .
