Abstract


Objective: To understand a hospital in Yili Prefecture from 1999 to 2008 , inpatient spectrum of disease trends and distribution law , to provide reliable scientific reference and policy recommendations for local government and health administrative departments for Disease Control and Prevention . Methods: A typical sampling statistics of the 222,900 cases of cases from the the Yili Prefecture a three level general hospitals from 1999 to 2008 in the inpatient data using Excel spreadsheet data entry , statistical analysis of disease constitute . Results: Yili Prefecture in a hospital inpatient top ten diseases constitute Xinjiang compared with the national slightly different , pick different ; constitute Yili Prefecture of a hospital inpatient disease : circulatory system diseases , digestive diseases , respiratory system disease, injury and poisoning , factors influencing health status and contact with health-care institutions and so on . Male patients and female patients in the inpatient disease constitute differences , and also pick different . First place male patients with circulatory diseases , injury and poisoning , digestive diseases, respiratory diseases , infectious and parasitic diseases , and constitute significantly higher than the proportion of women ; the female patients pregnancy , childbirth and disease ranks first place, followed by diseases of the digestive system , circulatory system diseases, cancer , respiratory diseases and other diseases , but the proportion of female patients with tumors was significantly higher than men ; ages inpatient major diseases constitute basically unchanged , but pick different ; The different nationalities diseases constitute the differences . Conclusion: The spectrum of disease changes in the socio-economic development is closely related to chronic non-communicable diseases are the main reason Ili region the local crowd illness hospitalization and other disease categories also occupy a certain proportion , such as infectious diseases should also be the focus of the work of the Ili region for Disease Control and Prevention . Social economy and to improve the health of the residents must coordinate the development of the public health community needs to give priority to the development of the Government in the public health field , to increase investment in health education should play an important role .
