Abstract


Objective: To understand the human resources present conditions of the of Hunan county level TB prevention and control professionals, job satisfaction, willingness to work and their impact factors, to provide a scientific basis for national and provincial TB Control Programme Human Resources Management. Methods: In this study, Hunan Province, 110 county-level TB prevention and control institutions for the study site as the research object, serving the county level TB prevention and care, tuberculosis prevention and control of the staff positions at the county level survey of job satisfaction and work satisfaction factors affecting the univariate and multivariate analysis. According to the actual situation of the province at the county level TB prevention and control institutions, with a self-designed questionnaire as a research tool. The questionnaire included leadership behavior, unit management system, paid for their work, working environment, working interpersonal relationships, willingness to work and work promotion seven dimensions of 36 entries, each mesh using Likert-fifth of Law scores are calculated. Overall satisfaction was the sum of all entries. Results: In the 612 valid questionnaires, 386 men (63.1%) and 226 females (36.9%). The mean age was 39.8 ± 10.2 years. Married majority, 548 (89.5%). Education mainly to a college graduate, a total of 342 (55.8%); title of junior titles and titles, a total of 376 (61.5%). The Work Experience median 17.0 (0.60) years, engaged in TB control positions years with a median of 6.0 (0.40) years. Monthly wage of the median income for 1400 (500,3600); administrative duties staff, 435 (70.9%). TB control staff at the county level to work more evenly distributed, the number of practitioners more jobs outpatient doctors, the supervision of doctors and sputum doctor. 612 county-level TB control personal overall job satisfaction mean of 3.88 ± 0.55; seven dimensions of job satisfaction, to interpersonal satisfaction the highest score, 3.89 ± 0.54 points, to remuneration for work satisfaction with the lowest score of 2.23 ± 0.87. Univariate analysis showed the county TB control staff of different gender difference was statistically significant (p lt; 0.05) on the overall satisfaction; different gender county TB control staff in the unit management and work advancement satisfaction the difference was statistically significant (p lt; 0.05); different level of education of the county TB control staff satisfaction leadership behavior difference was statistically significant (p lt; 0.05); different income county TB control satisfaction, leadership behavior in satisfaction, work environment satisfaction and overall satisfaction, the difference was statistically significant (p lt; 0.05); job group with a group of posts in TB control at the county level leadership behavior satisfaction, remuneration for work satisfaction, work environment satisfaction, overall satisfaction difference was statistically significant (p lt; 0.05); different positions at the county level TB control in the difference in the work environment satisfaction Statistics significance (p lt; 0.05). After multiple linear regression analysis of income and age are factors that affect leadership behavior satisfaction; project management jobs management satisfaction factors that affect the unit; income and center director of the office in charge of the factors affecting the remuneration for work satisfaction; revenue Centre director of the office in charge of the factors that affect the work environment; age and center director of the office in charge of the factors affecting the promotion of work; income and center director of the office in charge of the factors that affect the overall satisfaction. Conclusion: Our province county TB control staff lack the low proportion of highly educated, high degree and high grade. Province county TB control staff job satisfaction was acceptable. Five former county TB control staff satisfaction descending order of the leadership of subordinates attitude, relationship with colleagues, not working against their conscience, to communicate with patients, the work can be of service to others; junction anti-personnel lowest satisfaction 5 work salary, in welfare, in medical equipment and resources, work safety, opportunities for work to be promoted. Income, position, age, job impact of TB control staff at the county level of job satisfaction factors.
