Abstract


With the deepening medical and health system , improve the quality of medical services is oral health care sector continues to improve patient satisfaction , strong measures to improve competitiveness . Faced with increasingly fierce competition in the market environment of oral health in the built environment, competitors continue to improve health care , and constantly enhance and improve medical equipment, medical supplies, upgrading facilities and conditions, how has its own characteristics , efficient, high-quality medical service quality , master of high-end medical technology will be oral health care institutions gain an advantage in the competition for the key. This paper analyzes the quality of medical services to improve the management of significance on how to improve the quality of medical services specific practices are described in detail , proposed to understand the patient's needs and expectations , as well as service consumption experiences feelings ; finding and analysis of medical institutions to provide medical service quality and patient expectation gap between the quality of service ; cited evaluation mechanism and an oral health care institutions in the city specific figures , for example, compared the five-year period through continuous improvement of medical service quality management achievements .
