Abstract


This study was a more systematic analysis of the literature on the mental health status of girls in vocational schools study the situation and found that students in vocational colleges there are psychological health problems. Vocational students, as college students in a special group of their own conditions and the external environment in which all have characteristics different from the ordinary college students, vocational students face greater pressure and a certain degree of mental health problems, vocational girls higher vocational college students in the important group, their mental health status and causes of the challenges they are different from boys, so the analysis of mental health status of girls in higher vocational colleges and high schools to improve the mental health status of girls means seem more meaningful.In this study, girls in vocational teaching aerobics to "small teams" teaching model to improve the mental health of vocational girls were studied. Basic conclusions are:(1) experimental group subjects after the experiment somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, anxiety, hostility, terrorism, mental illness after the experiment data of the data than before the experiment has been a very big change in the experimental results very significant. (2) experimental subjects after the experimental group, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, paranoia and three factor experiment of the data than before the experiment to have a relatively large change in the experimental results were significant. (3) the control group subjects after the experiment on the whole experimental period of two semesters, mental health status of virtually no significant improvement. (4) The experimental group subjects after the experiment compared to the control group subjects had mental health significantly improved.
