Abstract


Abstract: this study differs from organization atmosphere is introduced a new concept called "psychological atmosphere". In distinguishing between these two concepts and concluded on the basis of foreign theories, compiled the psychological atmosphere of the questionnaire. Through the questionnaire survey of 418 employees, determine the structural dimension of psychological atmosphere, probes into the psychological atmosphere, individualism - collectivism values orientation, as well as the relationship between employee attitudes and behavior. Results show that: (1) psychological atmosphere is made up of seven dimensions, respectively leader characteristics, the importance of job characteristics, organization, work challenging, role ambiguity, role stress, and interpersonal relationship. (2) psychological atmosphere of the preliminary stage of high order model, the multiobjective model is more reasonable and practical. (3) psychological atmosphere for employees' willingness to retention, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior has significant positive influence on action. (4) individualism - collectivism value orientation in the psychological atmosphere of altruistic behavior factors of organizational identity and organizational citizenship behavior in the influence of a significant regulating effect.
