Abstract


Convention and exhibition industry in the new century is to show the dazzling brilliance, it can not only drive the real estate industry, the hotel industry, catering, transportation, commerce, tourism and other related industries to flourish, an important pillar of the economy of the city. Since the 1990s, the information technology as the core of the new round of scientific and technological revolution greatly shorten the distance of time and space of the world market, the most convenient means to provide for the conduct of global trade. Network technology continues to improve, the gradual popularization of e-commerce, to inject new vitality to the international convention and exhibition industry, and provide new means. The traditional exhibition is toward the direction of digital exhibition of intelligent information technology development. International Exhibition Association UFI put forward before the show, the show, the whole process of the exhibition to the Internet-based operating in a highly interactive, with an exact match to the actual exhibition process systems and platforms. The exhibition site is the platform to interact with the user window. Research on the technical aspects of the exhibition site to commence earlier in a foreign country, a few computer software companies and university computer science in the country have begun to study. In this thesis, the background to the development of digital exhibition of the exhibition website design development status and Research. Expert interviews, analysis of the problems of the existing Convention website design, pointed out the defects of the existing exhibition website design process, the need to study new exhibition website design process. The second chapter of the thesis exhibition and exhibition site features, this paper analyzes the lacking part of the exhibition site processes, the importance of user research. And to explore the content and methods of user research, combined with the exhibition site features, user research methods designed for the exhibition site. The third chapter discusses how to combine user research for the exhibition site to the general site design process, summed up to user-centered the Exhibition website design process. This paper the characteristics of interaction design, user research study theory and Exhibition site designed for the exhibition website user research methods, and through analysis of user knowledge and user knowledge needed in the website design process integrated access to user research integrated into the website design process, summed up the exhibition site for the user-centered design of new processes.
