Abstract


As one of the major source of stress for college students , the academic pressure endangering the individual's quality of sleep . College Students pressure source is another concept that is different from the college students ' academic pressure is caused by individual academic pressure reaction of various internal and external stimuli . Academic stress and sleep quality is one of the dimensions of the academic pressure as the pressure focused on the correlation between stress and sleep , specialized research on college students' academic stress and academic pressure source is rare . College students as the research object , this paper aims to explore the characteristics and relationships of the the academic pressure source and quality of sleep . The study is the first self Students ' academic pressure source questionnaire , divided into foreground pressure , pressure of performance goal , the task required pressure , the pressure of competition , frustration, stress, parental stress , expect the eight dimensions of stress and environmental pressures . According to the questionnaire , discover and confirmatory factor analysis , correlation analysis , regression analysis and path analysis to explore the characteristics of the development of the college academic source of stress and sleep quality , as well as the source of academic pressure , anxiety, depression and sleep quality three the inter- relationship . The results show that contemporary college students academic pressure feel heavy, concentrated in the foreground pressure , mission requirements the pressure and achievements target pressure ; college students sleep quality is a serious problem , with 54.7 % of the students showed various forms of sleep problems ; Students ' academic pressure source . and sleep quality was significantly related to academic pressure not only direct role in the quality of sleep such as anxiety and depression , but also through the manipulated variable role in sleep .
