Abstract


The hedonistic theory is that happiness is life only significance is the ultimate value of the good or bad evaluation of life , our common humanity common goal . Young people grow up in times of rapid development and reform in China is facing an unprecedented variety of pressures and challenges , they are increasingly concerned about their own mental status and personality traits , more and more emphasis on quality of life and psychological enjoyment , understanding happiness and its characteristics and the study of the long history of this special youth groups is of great significance . Initially formed through literature review and the 83 young open-ended questionnaire findings youth structure happiness , and the preparation of the the youth happiness questionnaire forecast project . According to the project of the three forecast data analysis and factor analysis results to determine a more reasonable young happy sense of structure and preparation of youth happiness questionnaire . On this basis , the youth happiness questionnaire indicators of reliability and validity of the 1300 youth happiness characteristics were investigated and analyzed . The main results are as follows : 1, the happiness of the young multi-dimensional structure of the 3 levels of general happiness including Happy cognitive , emotional happiness and behavioral happy three dimensions , cognitive sexual pleasure including self- awareness , environment cognitive and cognitive happy three dimensions of emotional happy emotion regulation a dimension behavioral happy to joy is a dimension . 2 , based on the theoretical concept of the structure of the China Youth happiness preparation of the \standards of reliability and validity indicators , which can be as the youth happiness measurement tools . 3, the level of youth happiness showing different characteristics, in addition to the gender effect was not significant , the effect of age , marital status , effect, normal place of residence effect , the degree effect , time effect of volunteer service have reached a level of significance .
