Abstract


The purpose of this study is to analyze our Trust With our more than 50 trust and investment companies to re-register , the fifth national trust industry straighten out into the end of China 's trust industry how to step into the track of healthy development ? the industry 's business model and product innovation . First , the article describes China 's trust industry in all straighten out , straighten out the analysis of the trust industry reasons , and pointed out that the lack of a mature business model is one of the important reasons . Then the article describes the current situation of China 's trust industry , analysis of the promulgation and implementation of the \Then take the comparison method were analyzed by comparing the developed countries , including the United States, Britain , Japan , Germany, the trust industry in the course of development , and existing business models , comparative analysis of four major business model , including the traditional mode type , major restructuring and enterprise of any type , the financial holding type , combined with China's actual situation , to point out its advantages and disadvantages , and thus learn from the experience of foreign countries , put forward in this article that a business model - financial Holdings type suitable for the development of China 's trust industry , the focus of analysis in the evolution of our country as well as a variety of advantages , also present, China's trust industry to establish a financial holding the business model of institutional barriers , risks and countermeasures . The article also use the form of a chart , briefly the development of several trust and investment companies to become a financial holding company form of organization . Based on the above , the paper also focused on trust product innovation , research and analysis, analysis of the types of demand for products in the field of innovation , pointed out that the broad trust industry business development space . Finally , this paper presents China 's trust and investment companies should be based on actual conditions , the establishment of the business model , and constantly develop new products , new services , to embark on the road of healthy development .
