Abstract


In this paper, the development of secondary vocational education in arts and crafts project courses as an object of study. With the economy booming and the improvement of people's living standards, culture, travel, home decor industries closely linked to the arts and crafts industry has become a new growth point of China's economic and social development. The rapid development of the arts and crafts industry a strong impetus to the secondary vocational education (hereinafter referred to as vocational) the professional development of arts and crafts. Professional career in the field of arts and crafts abilities significantly different, so in the course of the Fine Arts employees professional development is difficult to directly follow the manufacturing class, curriculum development mode of the service class professional and practical experience, and professional direction due to industrial regional between the diversity of job tasks, curriculum development of the professional project actually has greater difficulty. Secondary vocational schools, is also limited by the objective and subjective factors not yet have enough conditions and the ability to form a holistic breakthrough professional curriculum development of the arts and crafts, and its curriculum model to stay in the traditional curriculum model, training capacity, and the industry is flourishing development needs difficult to adjust. This paper attempts to study the characteristics of workers arts professional art career activities and vocational ability anchored, Arts and Crafts Professional Curriculum Development in Fine Arts employees professional project course structure development and content development, research, carried out for the relevant secondary vocational schools to provide a reference. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. Main account of the origins, study the scope and limitations of research methods, research ideas, framework and possible innovations. And sort out the results of the research and development of curriculum projects at home and abroad. Found by combing the lack of existing research gaps, expand the space and the direction of this article. The second chapter is the characteristics of the workers in the Fine Arts professional vocational activities and vocational ability. And the manufacturing class professional service class professionals as well as comparison with vocational education, the analysis of the differences between the of workers in Fine Arts professional vocational activities and vocational ability. The third chapter in Fine Arts employees professional project course structure development. The study of macro-level project course program development and specific projects curriculum courses in Fine Arts employees professional project targeting style structure development. The fourth chapter in the Fine Arts employees professional project course content development. Lesson of the Arts Fine Arts Professional workers in the main research project course content as well as micro-level \Several parts constitute more complete courses in Fine Arts employees professional project research and development.
