Abstract


China \The old Chinese food packaging and closely linked to old food , come together and glorious career . However , with the change of economic development , a considerable part of the old food commodity economy gradually facing many difficulties . In this paper, the analysis of the Shanxi Vinegar packaging design concept , hope the improvement of the old food packaging design over the country to play a reference . Background, integrated use of Design Arts , arts psychology , cultural anthropology research methods based on traditional Chinese culture as the Shanxi regional culture as an entry point , mining Shanxi Vinegar packaging its own characteristics and cultural \modern Shanxi Vinegar packaging innovation strategy , summarize the specific guidelines for improvement of the old food packaging design to match the modern mass aesthetic and market economy operation mode . The paper is divided into three levels: First, from the point of view of the market economy, the history of Shanxi Mature Vinegar to sort out , to examine the Shanxi Vinegar packaging design status quo and cultural identity ; Second, the analysis of the deficiencies in the packaging design of the old vinegar mainly the objective contradictions exist between cultural and commercial food packaging for the \design concept , which expand the study of old Chinese food packaging design improvement strategies . The three levels of research , not only to enhance the cultural brand the Shanxi Vinegar packaging design , promote their business competitive dynamic , more conducive to glow in the contemporary vitality of the old food . To some extent, is also one of China 's intangible cultural heritage protection and advocacy .
