Abstract


The object of this paper is the joint schools in China 's state-owned assets supervision and administration issues . First inspect and review some of the basic conditions of our joint educational phenomenon in the development process of the industrialization of education . Examine joint educational concepts and forms the basis to define the scope and framework of the full text of the study , which also analyzed the significance and necessity of joint schools in China and the rapid development . Next, the article has carried out a comprehensive study of the most prominent problem in the joint schools - state - owned assets supervision and fatigue lead to the loss of state assets the status quo . On the basis of the status quo inspection , the paper uses the property rights theory , principal - agent theory , and contract theory forefront of modern economics theory , both from the point of view of the overall macro result in the loss of state assets in joint educational reasons for the in-depth analysis , and from the micro level to start and expand the analysis of some specific reasons causing the loss of assets . Based on the analysis and study of the former , the reason for the joint schools and the loss of assets in China , the paper presents how to strengthen joint educational assets supervision and prevent the loss of state assets macro system design and specific policy recommendations . In the last part , as a supplement to the reconstruction by the former state-owned assets supervision mechanism , the paper proposes to establish and improve JO school performance evaluation system and risk early warning mechanism to better grasp the operating position of the state-owned assets to prevent the loss of assets .
