Abstract


By the end of 2002 , the National Power Corporation official \step. In the bidding process, all of the power companies want to make their own revenue maximization , while the grid company but would like to make power purchase costs are minimized. In the process of establishing the electricity market , to find an effective and reasonable auction model becomes very important , both to encourage power companies to strengthen management , improve efficiency , thereby reducing the tariff , but also taking into account the risks associated with electricity market reform, a smooth transition . In this paper, two national pilot auction model ( CFD model and limited bidding model ) conducted in-depth research and analysis reveals two essential differences between bidding model of grid electricity generation companies charge less than the contract when the settlement of differences in income ; using game theory , microeconomics, the theory of the relevant parts of the electricity market in the generation side of the electricity market , the power generation companies and grid companies faced with two game modes bidding behavior of power suppliers bid is based on incomplete information game model , have been analyzed a one-time game and repeated game equilibrium ; analysis of repeated games , the study co- generation of the necessary conditions for the auction rules are designed to prevent the generation companies conspired to provide ideas ; static game of complete information on the basis of established in both auction mode, the output of multiple generators to participate in game model , and gives the mathematical solution ; finally compare the two auction model in the consolidated basis , this paper proposes a regional power grid structure on the selected bid patterns. This article is for the current implementation of China's power market reform to provide some theoretical support and hope through the auction model of theoretical research, deepen the reform of China's power industry market awareness .
