Abstract


The leveraged buyout is an investment banking business innovation , and its essence is a leveraged buyout debt capital as the main financing tool to mergers and acquisitions . Lack of funds in view of China 's enterprise reform has become an important reason for restricting corporate mergers and acquisitions , general financing structure analysis leveraged buyout arrangements , combined with China's actual situation , is designed to provide some leverage for China 's enterprises and business environment to acquire financing instruments .
