Abstract


After the war in Iraq , energy is increasingly subject to the attention of the world . How to ensure energy security has increasingly become the country's national strategy and the implementation of the core content of the domestic and foreign policy . Japan is a resource-poor country , ensuring national energy security is more successful for growing energy consumer and importer in China , an important reference. At the same time , the same for energy consumption in East Asia and a major importer of Chinese and Japanese , in the energy sector there are also close competition or cooperation relationship . This paper consists of three parts . The first chapter is the first part of the analysis of the nature of energy , political and economic characteristics of modern energy structure and energy , the energy has a great influence on all aspects of today 's socio - political and economic . Energy-exporting countries , or energy -importing countries have attached great importance to the energy problem , and have developed different forms of energy security strategy , and to take the political , economic, diplomatic and even military means to safeguard its energy security . The national energy strategy and the implementation of the policy , but also caused a direct role in the world energy market , causing the world energy situation is changing . The second part consists of Chapters II and III , focuses on the evolution of Japan 's energy policy and constitute . Horizontal and vertical analysis of Japan 's energy policy , in an attempt to show a panorama of postwar Japan 's energy policy . Japan 's energy policy at the international background , analysis of the international impact of Japan 's energy policy . The fourth chapter is the third part of the article , the main reference for Chinese content analysis of Japan 's energy policy . Sino-Japanese friction in the energy sector on Russian oil pipelines , oil and gas fields in the East China Sea dispute resolution, and through the analysis of economic ties between the two countries and Asia energy status and looking forward to the two countries future prospects of energy cooperation .
