Abstract


Objective: To summarize the experience of ulnar olecranon fractures in children associated with a lateral condylar fracture, evaluate the results of treatment and discuss the therapeutical ways for this kind of frature.Methods: analysing the treatment efficacy of 17 cases of children for simultaneous fracture of ulnar olecranon and humerus lateral condyle in Children The study used Mayo standard evaluation score about function of elbow. The results were followed up for 1 to 1.5 years, the average time was 1.5 years.Ruslts: 11 cases evaluated as excellent, 4 cases were good 2 cases were moderate,fine rate was 88.23%. .Conclusions: The lateral humerus condylar fracture associated with articular displaced fracture Of ulnar olecranon, the type of greater than 2 mm require surgery to restore anatomical relationship The right treatment, solid internal fixation and early exercise are the key to improve excellent fine rate of eblow joint function
