Autonomous learning as a field of second language acquisition hot topics, and its role in promoting the achievement of English has been repeatedly confirmed, so in college English teaching and learning has an important significance. However, independent study but also by other factors, insight into the impact of targeted help to improve students' self-learning ability. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the learner's diary, interviews and questionnaires and other research tools to identify the factors that affect their self-study and attempt to answer the following three questions: (1) the impact of learners perceive their own learning What are the factors? (2) of these factors on the degree of influence learner autonomy What is the difference? (3) the same factors on different levels of English learners whether there are different effects? In this study, qualitative research based on Huazhong University of 135 non-English major sophomore for as long as 12 weeks of the experiment. This study is the first to use research tools to learn about the impact of factors independent weekly (Guided Journal) and interviews. According to McDonough and McDonough (1997) and Allison (2002) proposed a content analysis method to calculate the weekly learners mentioned factors and classified. During the analysis process, some factors are easy to extract and classify, and other factors is not easy to analyze. Therefore, in order to make research more in-depth and comprehensive, this study adopted a means of research interviews conducted more in-depth discussion and analysis. The results showed that: the learner's own perceived self-learning influencing factors are: motivation, learning strategies, learning attitude, goal setting, self-efficacy, attribution, teachers, the learning environment, network technology, peer groups, cultures. The study also independent learning through a questionnaire to find out the degree of influence factors on the learner, through statistical comparisons showed that motivation, learning strategies, learning attitude, goal setting, self-efficacy and self-attribution is the most important impact of autonomous learning factor. The results also show that the teachers, the learning environment, network technology, culture and other factors on their own peer learning plays an important role. Through the learner weekly, interviews and in-depth analysis of the questionnaire, this study also explored and discussed these factors impact on levels of English learners difference. This study Chinese English learning context factors independent study provides more evidence, and to achieve one of the goals of college English teaching references to students' English learning autonomy provides positive guidance.
