Abstract

This study certain biological characteristics of the Tang fish, the results showed that: Tang fish eye, no lateral line; small size, keeping adapt to indoor conditions; sexual maturity a short time, with continuous spawning characteristics, the manual adjustment anniversary breeding; a large number of The breed easily deformity. Tang fish has broad prospects for training to become China's new generation of experimental fish. Tang fish fertilized egg nearly oval type, egg diameter (1 017 ± 001) mm. According to the morphological characteristics of the process of embryonic development, the embryonic development of the whole can be divided into seven stages: fertilized egg and the blastoderm formation stage, cleavage stage, blastula stage, gastrula stage, neurula stage, organ formation stage and hatching stage. The observation results showed that the developmental course different under different temperature conditions: When the water temperature 14 0-16 8 ° C, respectively, 22, 5-25. 0 ° C and 28. 0-30. 0 ° C for under the condition, the fertilized eggs were After 147h, 50t1 and 28h development and hatching. Larvae in the water temperature is 22. 0 ± 28 0 ° C, the indoor captivity conditions experienced around 50d completion of the post-embryonic development through three stages during the 12 developmental stages. 77d part of the development of faster individuals to enter the breeding season. Larvae Larval and juvenile linear growth during the post-embryonic development. Tang fish Aberdeen, newly hatched fish heart position with the development goes mobile phenomenon. Throughout the growth phase, the length and weight relationship the regression analysis Fang Chengxiong sexual for L = 0 0138W3. 1443 R2 = 0. 9771; female for L = 0 0086W3. 3316 R2 = 0. 9837. Yolk sac larvae Tang fish early development, hunger period of feeding and growth observed results show that: ① The water temperature is 24. 0-28. 5 ℃, the larvae hatch after 3 d parade mode to establish the opening feeding, 5 d yolk capsule depleted mixed nutrition of only 2 d; exogenous nutrition feeding larvae within 15 d after hatching, the growth of its body length and age regression analysis equation: L (mm) = 0. 2786d 2. 4837. Can not establish exogenous nutrient starvation larvae survival during the growth of its body length and age regression analysis equation for L (mm) = 0. 4833Lm (d) 2. 8355. Aberdeen fish total length and yolk volume relationship regression analysis equation: L (mm) = .0. 0494V (mm3) 0. 1999. Yolk sac volume relationship and age regression analysis equation: V (mm3) = -0. 016d 0. 0741. The ② hunger larvae at different stages of the initial changes in feeding rate curve: start low, then rising, peak after opening ingestion, reaching 100%, and continued to 4-6 d. 9-10 d after hatching, the initial feeding rate is lower than 50%, to arrived PNR and the emergence of the chest angle, all died 1-2 d after the PNR. Feeding intensity peaked opening feeding 3 d, 8 d feeding rate was 0. ③ delay feeding trials showed that, hatched after the 15 d developmental period, feeding delayed 1 d significantly with ground impact Tang fish Aberdeen fish's growth; delayed 2 d Aberdeen fish growth to get recovery delay 0 d Aberdeen fish's growth without significantly with differences; quality and survival impact on growth was significantly delayed 3-6 d; delayed more than 7 d larvae eventually all died. Further study the delay feeding Tang fish larvae survival and growth, and to explore the Tang fish larvae to starvation
