Abstract

Used in this assay Pugionium ax of - winged Pugionium as material , pot method to study drought stress the Xiasha mustard with ax - winged Pugionium physiological and biochemical responses and differences , genus Pugionium adapt to the arid environments physiological mechanisms explore . The results show that : 1 ) under drought stress , Pugionium with ax the winged Pugionium seedlings RWC IUFA and Chl content showed a declining trend , MDA content and PMP presents a rising trend . The correlation analysis showed that the PMP with the RWC, IUFA and Chl a negative correlation was positively correlated with MDA and Pro ; ax winged Pugionium RWC, Chl and IUFA decline and MDA and PMP increase was less than Pugionium show that ax -winged sand mustard membrane lipid low level of oxidation , membrane stability , less degradation of chlorophyll , leaves long survival time under drought stress . 2 ) ax the winged Pugionium SOD and POD activity in the persistent drought stress are increased at first and then decreased CAT activity in response lag , but the higher activity of stress late ; The SOD activity Pugionium first decline after the rise of POD more sensitive and CAT trend first and then decreased in response to drought response , and compared to the ax -winged Pugionium . Both AsA content gradually increased with the deepening of the degree of drought stress the ax the winged Pugionium AsA content higher than Pugionium , but the rate of increase is more Pugionium table Martinez Brassica plant diversity scavenging reactive oxygen pathways . 3 ) under drought stress , the sand mustard with the ax the wings Pugionium soluble protein content decreased gradually increase in Pro content in a straight line . The ax accumulation of winged Pugionium , Pro moisture critical point earlier , and reached a peak in the Pro content than Pugionium high . 4 ) under drought stress , the sand mustard and ax -winged Pugionium endogenous hormone content and hormone balance changes of various hormones in different parts of the different degree of drought stress changes showed significant interspecies differences . 5) under drought stress , Pugionium ax the winged Pugionium phenolic content distinct change occurred . Sand mustard root and leaf phenolic acid content decreased , while the ax winged Pugionium increase , both differences in adverse conditions, the next students metabolic pathways . Pugionium ax - winged Pugionium growth environment and genotype differences in response to drought stress response to the presence of significant differences between species , and concluded that ax the winged Pugionium drought resistance stronger than Pugionium .
