Abstract

Turning into molecule with chemical raw materials have high costs , mother liquor emission heavy and a great deal of drawbacks of polluting the environment etc. The author of this text have analysed on such a large number of foundations of documents and materials as the synthetic and application,formation mechanism , and crystal growth theory that are sifted about the zeolite molecule both at home and abroad ,etc. synthetically, Succeed in formating out 4A zeolite member with Shaanxi Chunhua some illite ore for raw materials detergent sift. And prepared the molecular sieve using the modern material test analysis technology to the illite cheap mineral raw material water heat bonding established law the formation mechanism and the yielding of crystal influence factor has conducted the comprehensive system research. the main content was as follows: As raw materials, adopting water to be hot to formate with illite legal system prepare against qualified detergent sift product with 4A zeolite member, and on the basis of studying in a large number of experiments, utilizing such means as XRD, IR , DTG , SEM ,etc. to test and signify the products that are formated, the system has been investigated to formate the influence factor in the course. Thoroughly discussed the mineral high temperature to activate the different response condition to the mineral response activation percentage influence, the activation responded the chamotte allocated proportion as well as joined the compound the mixture composition and the water thermal response condition the influence which prepared to the 4A zeolite molecular sieve, has determined the A zeolite molecular sieve water hot preparation best craft technology parameter.
