Abstract


The copper-zinc alloy having a good heat conductive , calendering , and other physical and mechanical properties, has been widely applied in industry . Discoloration but easily oxidized in the atmosphere , its surface shading played a dual role to improve the corrosion resistance and decorative effect . Copper and zinc alloy surface coloring techniques include two broad categories of chemical coloring technology and electrolytic coloring techniques . The chemical coloring the adsorption effect of the use of the surface of the oxide film , a dye or colored particles adsorbed on within the voids of the film , or the surface of the copper-zinc alloy and the solution was subjected to reaction to form colored particles deposited on the surface thereof , it presents the color. Electrolytic coloring technique is to be colored products placed in a suitable electrolyte for the electrolytic treatment , so as to achieve the purpose of the surface coloring . Coloring technology and its mechanism of copper and zinc alloy . To improve the coloring effects , the study by orthogonal test , the key process of the pre-treatment process of the copper-zinc alloy coloring - polishing process . The study showed that the the electrochemical polishing surface of the than chemical polishing surface more bright, but the sample coloring chemical polishing better , therefore , coloring by chemical pre-treatment polishing polishing , and ultimately to determine the best polishing process parameters for electrolytic coloring laid a good foundation. By repeatedly modifying the composition of the electrolytic solution , current density, time and other parameters , and determine the different color of the coloring process , and analyze the role of each component in the coloring solution and phase transfer between the electrodes in the electrolytic coloring process innovation model . X-ray studies have shown that the coloring film phase Cu 2 O . Colored surface morphology using a scanning electron microscope and found that the growth pattern of the coloring layer Cu 2 O columnar growth , research and innovation to establish the the coloring layer growth model . The study also showed that the color of the colored coating layer and the thickness of the colored film . The results showed that the color that meets the thin film interference principle by theoretical calculations . The study suggests that the Cu 2 O and Cu-Zn base takes the shape of coherent relationship between the colored film with Cu-Zn matrix no obvious interface , combined with good interface .
