Abstract

Lightweight aggregate concrete is an ideal building material, lightweight , thermal insulation, thermal insulation and many other advantages . It is made ??by ceramic clay , Lytag on coarse aggregate and commonly used sand, cement, water and other materials . Has been widely used on the bridge as well as a variety of industrial and civil buildings . In Guangxi lightweight aggregate concrete is started, all aspects of its performance but also a wide range of experimental research . This paper is to explore the bond properties between the ceramic concrete and deformed bars by pull-out tests on 75 specimens . Statistical regression test by changing the conditions of ceramsite concrete cube compressive strength , anchorage length , the thickness of the protective layer , stirrup spacing , bar diameter anchor of Bond ultimate strength formula and characteristic slip value ; within the patch test to investigate the bonding stress along the anchor length variation ; reliability analysis on the basis of the pilot study , the proposed design of the anchorage length of rebar in the ceramic concrete proposals . Test results suggest to Fumin Nanning , energy-saving insulation the ceramsite Products Factory production of ceramic for coarse aggregate lightweight concrete , the bond properties than ordinary concrete . The procedures recommended value of lightweight aggregate concrete structural design of JGJ12 - 99 the anchoring design is the safe .
