Abstract


Preface multiple myeloma (multiple myeloma, MM) to monoclonal plasma cell progressive proliferation and have a lot of monoclonal immunoglobulin for features. The plasma cell infiltration bone, cause bone solution consisting of destruction, for the performance of the pathological fracture or osteoporosis. Other common clinical manifestations include anemia, hypercalcemia, kidney damage and repeated bacterial infection. In the blood system of tumor, the incidence of multiple myeloma tumor accounted for 10% of the blood system. The incidence of the disease has been more than acute leukemia, second only to non-hodgkin's lymphoma, in second place. Although at present in our country there is no relevant multiple myeloma epidemiological data, but along with the population aging in our country, the development of the pathogenesis of multiple myeloma also has the trend of increased year by year.
