Abstract


Gestational diabetes (gestational diabetes mellitus GDM) as the pregnancy is relatively common metabolic disorders have a large impact on both the mother and the fetus . Change GDM women metabolite levels , blood sugar is difficult to control , so that pregnant women, high blood sugar through the placenta to stimulate fetal insulin secretion increased , resulting in fetal growth abnormalities . But the specific mechanism is unknown , maternal and child both sides metabolic disorders may be associated with insulin resistance . Newly discovered insulin sensitizing factor adiponectin hormone ( adiponectin ) by adipose tissue -specific secretory function and maintain the body's metabolism and energy balance -related , is considered to be an important protective factor for insulin resistance , metabolic syndrome and other diseases . A very close relationship of adiponectin with GDM . It has been found that pregnant women with GDM serum adiponectin levels lower , suggesting that adiponectin may be involved in the development of gestational diabetes . Fetal blood circulation can be detected adiponectin can improve insulin resistance , and promote fatty acid β- oxidation affect fetal growth and development , suggesting that adiponectin is also involved in the regulation of energy metabolism fetal regulation of fetal growth and development . GDM , maternal and child serum adiponectin levels in pregnant women with metabolic fetal development is unclear . And placenta as the connection of mother-to-child bond , the existence of adiponectin expression , and also affects the metabolism of GDM maternal and child have not been reported . The purpose of this study is to understand the the GDM mother-to-child serum adiponectin levels and placental lipid adiponectin expression, and to explore the relationship between adiponectin and GDM maternal and child metabolism and its expression in the placenta and fetal growth and development .
