The purpose of the preparation of the first part of asthmatic rats prepared rat model of asthma . Male SPF Wistar rats 18 were randomly divided into asthma group, dexamethasone group and control group , n = 6 . Asthma group and dexamethasone group in 1,8 days per intraperitoneal injection of antigen suspension 1ml ( containing the chicken ovalbumin 100mg and aluminum hydroxide dry powder 100mg dissolved in saline ) sensitization ; 15 days began to fog of asthmatic inhalation of 1% ovalbumin , 1 day , each time 20 min , for four consecutive weeks . Daily excitation hour ago , dexamethasone group first intraperitoneal injection of dexamethasone 2mg/kg. Control group, normal saline line sensitized and challenged daily , each 20min, continuous inhalation of four weeks . Last atomized 24h, with 20% urethane 2g/kg , intraperitoneal injection of anesthesia , tracheotomy cannula and jugular vein puncture and fixed , then the ventilator spirometer , intermittent injection of saline through the jugular vein and 10 , 20,40,80,160,320 g / kg gradient concentration of acetylcholine ( ACh ) , at intervals of 2min, after the detection basis expiratory airway resistance and medication expiratory airway resistance , expiratory airway resistance ( Re ) changes in response to airway responsiveness . Results three groups on the basis of the Re no difference ( P gt ; 0.05 ) , no significant reaction saline excitation . Excited Ach , each group 10μg/kg 20μg/kg a 40μg/kg Ach amount of Re doubled ( when compared to saline Re, the ratio lt ; 1 times ) ; 80μg/kg Ach amount , the asthma group Re obvious multiplication ( gt ; 2 times ) , control group and the hormone group similar reaction ; Ach 160μg/kg amount of asthma and hormone group Re multiplier ( gt ; 2 times ) , the control group Re classless
